Betty’s restaurant is shown here in 1960, not long after it opened. Although named after a real Betty (Sobanski), it was purchased by Trudy and Joe Miszk in 1967. As popularity grew, the restaurant expanded several times and now seats over 400 diners eager for the fine home cooking and family atmosphere.
