Established in 1959, Tussaud’s English Wax Museum is the first Tussaud’s to be located outside Great Britain. It was also the first major attraction on Clifton Hill. Located in the west wing of what had previously been the original Foxhead Hotel, the museum continued operations at this location until 2000. The museum now operates at a newer site on Victoria Avenue. Today, Canadian Niagara Hotels owns several businesses, including the Rainforest Cafe at the original Tussaud's site.
There will be a poster of a historic photo on site at this location during the summer of 2017.
